BIRKETT, June - Peacefully at home on 9th August 2018, surrounded by her loving family and following a year long illness borne very bravely, June, aged 59 years, beloved wife of Eddie for 39 years, dearly loved mam of Angie and Leanne and eldest daughter of Ada and the late Richard (Dick) Lofthouse, a loving mother-in-law to Craig, devoted grandmother to Ashton, Keaton and Mya and a very dear sister, sister-in-law, aunt and friend. Will be sorely missed and eternally loved. The funeral service will take place at St James' Church, Whitehaven on Friday, 17th August 2018 at 11.00am, followed by interment at Whitehaven Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to be made payable to the Henderson Suite at West Cumberland Hospital or Hospice at Home West Cumbria and sent via Eaves Funeral Service.
