BARTON, Norma - It's with great sadness that the family have to announce the passing of Norma Barton on the 28th July 2018. Norma taught at Millom school in the early sixties before moving to Whyndam school, Egremont where she taught French for many years. She was well respected by both staff and students.
She loved the Cumbrian fells and Lakes and spent her free time walking and swimming. There will be a crematorium service in Enfield London on the 15th August 2018 at 1.00pm Followed by a celebration at St Catherine's Church Eskdale on the 21st August 2018 at 1.00pm followed by drinks in the Bowerhouse Inn Eskdale. The family would love anyone who knew Norma to join them.
