SHERWEN, Irene Margaret (née Hornsby) - Passed away peacefully on Monday, 30th April 2018 at Bethshan Nursing Home, Whitehaven aged 88 years, loving wife of the late Gilf, much loved mam to John and a beloved grandma to Claire. Funeral service and cremation to take place at Distington Hall Crematorium on Thursday, 17th May at 1.15pm. Family flowers only by request, donations, if desired, to Hospice at Home West Cumbria c/o Adams, Read & Hocking Funeral Directors, Towerson Street Funeral Home, Towerson Street, Cleator, CA23 3EL.
