TIPTON, Ruth Elizabeth (née Mingins) - Formerly of Frizington, passed away peacefully at Severn Hospice, Shrewsbury, on May 2nd 2018, aged 71 years, Ruth will be sadly missed by her loving family and dear friends. Funeral service to be held at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury on Monday, May 21st 2018, at 11.30am. Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to be shared between Severn Hospice and the Lingen Davies Cancer Fund.
