TUBMAN, Mary (née Bird) - Formerly of 24 Scotch Street, Whitehaven, died peacefully on Sunday, 4th February 2018, in Bethshan Nursing Home, beloved wife of the late Harold, dearly loved mother of Jean and Billy, loving nan of Paul, Dominic, Johnathan, Catherine and Jessica, proud great nan of Sofia. Requiem Mass to be held on Thursday, 15th February 2018 at 11.00am, at St. Benedict's R.C. Church, Mirehouse, to be followed by interment at Whitehaven Cemetery. Funeral cortege will leave from the home of Mary's daughter, 102 Whinlatter Road, Mirehouse.
