FITZSIMMONS, Patrick - At The John Ratcliffe Hospital, Oxford on Monday, 29th January 2018, Patrick, beloved dad of Danny and Craig and the loving second son of Joe and Cathy. Pat was a special brother to Joseph, Brian, Dennis and Neil, a fantastic uncle and a friend to many. Funeral arrangements to follow.
