BLACKBURN, Elsie (née Hodgson) - Passed away peacefully in the West Cumberland Hospital on Tuesday, 28th November 2017, aged 89 years, beloved wife of the late John, much loved mam of Anne and mother-in-law of Stephen and a loving nanna of Hannah. Funeral service took place in Egremont Methodist Church on Wednesday, 6th December, followed by cremation at Distington Hall Crematorium. Donations, if desired, to Egremont Methodist Church c/o Adams, Read & Hocking Funeral Directors, Towerson Street Funeral Home, Towerson Street, Cleator, CA23 3EL.
