GAULD, Elma (née Cuthbert) - Died peacefully in care on 17th November 2017, previously a teacher, she taught alongside her late husband Norman in The Unit at Hensingham Junior School. Elma bore the increasing debilitation of Alzheimer's and Dementia to the end, with dignity and grace. She will be missed by Faith, Judith, Anthea and families, including her six grandchildren. Elma's funeral will take place on Thursday, 30th November, 12noon at St Bees Priory. Family flowers only, donations, if wished, to the Alzheimer's Society c/o Adams, Read & Hocking Funeral Directors, Towerson Street Funeral Home, Towerson Street, Cleator, CA23 3EL.
