HORNBY, Betty Died peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, following a short illness on Sunday, 1st October 2017 aged 84 years, beloved wife of the late Wilf, and a dearly loved mam, granny and great granny. Funeral Mass to take place in St Mary's RC Church, Egremont on Wednesday, 11th October at 11.45am, followed by cremation at Distington Hall Crematorium. Family flowers only by request, donations, if desired, to Cancer Research UK c/o Adams, Read & Hocking Funeral Directors, Towerson Street Funeral Home, Towerson Street, Cleator, CA23 3EL.
