MILBURN, Raymond - Peacefully at the West Cumberland Hospital on his 83rd birthday, Saturday, 26th August 2017, Raymond, of Monkwray Brow Bungalows, Kells, beloved husband of Elizabeth and the late Agnes, dearly loved dad of Raymond, Susan, John and Steven and a loving granda, great granda and brother.
