DIXON Pamela The family of the late Pam would like to sincerely thank all staff at Ward 5 West Cumberland Hospital for their loving care. To the Revd Alison Dobell for her most thoughtful service and the choir and the many who attended with love and support at St James Church. Thank you to the Chase Hotel for their hospitality and Jean and Lisa for the beautiful floral tributes. Grateful thanks to all who donated so generously to the amount of £1335.00 for the St James flower fund, To the family bearers and to John and Margaret Yeowart for their friendly and sincere services.
