KNOX David Pauline and the family of the late David would like to express their sincere thanks to the nursing staff of Wards 3b and 1c, The Henderson Suite and Intensive Care at West Cumberland Hospital and to Dr Oaks for their care of David. Grateful thanks to all relatives, friends, neighbours and David's colleagues for the cards, flowers and donations received, with special thanks to Carol, Billy, Harold and Ronnie. Thank you to those who were able to attend the funeral ceremony, to Rev. Mandy Jones for leading the lovely service and to Eaves Funeral Service for their help and guidance.
