HUNTER John Sylvia and the family would like to thank all relatives friends and colleagues for their caring kindness during this sad time. Special thanks to all staff at Distington Surgery, Palliative Care, Hospice at Home West Cumbria, all others involved for the dignified and professional care they gave. Thank you to John Yeowart and the staff for their care and guidance. To Jill Ackerlay for the moving service, a final thank you go to all those who lined the route to pay their respects on Johns final journey and for the kind donations received, John would have truly appreciated it all.
