KILPATRICK, John (Boy) Richard - Alan, Cilla and family of the late John (Boy) Kilpatrick would like to sincerely thank family, friends and neighbours for the cards, messages of sympathy, floral tributes and charitable donations received following their recent sad loss. Special thanks to doctors and nursing staff at AEU and ICU at West Cumberland Hospital for their excellent care and attention during his recent illness and also to staff of Ward 4 and the Copeland Unit. A special thanks to Community Nurses, Carers and Mansion House Surgery for their professional care and to Rev'd Shaun Sandham for his prayers, kind words and moving service. An exceptional thanks to Mike Jolly and staff of Eaves Funeral Service for their care, attention, comfort and guidance at this devastating time.
