LEWTHWAITE, Annie - Margaret and Christopher, daughter and son-in-law of the late Annie Lewthwaite, wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness and sympathy shown during their recent bereavement, also for their cards, messages and flowers and the donations to Hospice at Home. A special thank you must go to the staff of Wyndham Manor Care Home, Cleator Moor, for their dedicated and loving care of Annie, staff of the Coroner's Office, Rev Allen Banks and Michael Branney of Eaves Funeral Service for his sensitive and professional service.
