BUTLER, Alan - Eleanor, Mary and Jim would like to thank all family, friends and neighbours for their kindness and support and for all the cards and messages of sympathy. Special thanks to Dr Hetherington, Dr Telford and all the staff at Mansion House Surgery, to Hospice at Home West Cumbria and to Jemcare. Thanks also to Anne Avison for the lovely service and to Mike Jolly at Eaves Funeral Service for his help, support and kindness.
