SIMPSON, David - Doris, Jeffrey, Martin, Gary and Stuart would like to thank the sisters and staff on Ward 4 at the West Cumberland Hospital for all the care and attention they gave David during his time in hospital. We would also like to thank the Reverend Dr Wendy Kilworth-Mason for a lovely service and Rose and staff at Bethel House for the care they gave David during his day visits. Thanks to Adams, Read & Hocking for their outstanding help and support with the funeral proceedings and finally to all the family and friends who attended the service, sent cards and made donations to Dementia UK.
