BAINBRIDGE, Hazel - Gordon, his daughters and families would like to thank every one for the cards and messages of sympathy following the sad loss of Hazel. Thanks to Paul from St Briget's Church for a lovely service sharing special memories of Hazel, thanks to all who attended her funeral and for the kind donations given for the Motor Neurone Disease Association. Special heartfelt thanks to all those who provided excellent care and attention to Hazel during her illness including the Jemcare girls, the district nurses, Seacliffe Chemist, Lowther Medical, RVI Newcastle, Ursula, Tracey, Hazel, Jan and Claire and many more who assisted Hazel. Finally, sincere thanks to Yeowart, Gill and Rudd for their support, guidance and excellent service with Hazel's funeral arrangements.
