MOORE, David - Margaret and Stephen, family of the late David, would like to thank relatives, special friends and neighbours for all the lovely cards, messages and support during this sad time. We also thank Doctor Phillips, all the lovely district and specialist nurses who cared for David, to Paul Mills (Funeral Director) for his guidance and understanding, John Woolcock for the lovely service and all who attended the funeral. David is too special to ever forget.
