McQUILLIAM, Hazel - The family of Hazel would like to sincerely thank the district nurses, the staff at Hospice at Home, especially Ursula Leonard and Dr. Fiona Ironside from Lowther Medical for all their help and kindness during Hazel's illness. Thank you also to family and friends for their cards and kind donations to 'The Smile Train'. Finally, thank you to Mike Jolly from Eaves for his help and support at this time. May she rest in peace.
