LAIRD, Sam - Dulcie and family would like to thank all friends, relatives and neighbours for the many expressions of kindness and messages of sympathy received during their recent sad loss. Grateful thanks to everyone who attended the service and gave donations. Sincere thanks to Mike Jolly and staff at Eaves Funeral Service for their help, support and professional services which were greatly appreciated, to Anne Avison for the lovely service and to The Chase Hotel for the funeral tea. We would also like to thank the paramedic and ambulance crew, doctors and nurses in A&E at West Cumberland Hospital for their care and compassion on 6th January.
