COULTHARD, Malcolm - The family of the late Malcolm would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their cards and messages of sympathy. We would also like to thank Dr. Longworth, district nurses, Hospice at Home, the Macmillan service and One to One care agency for their care and support. Finally thanks to Reverend Lee for the lovely service and a special thanks to Ross of Adams, Read and Hocking for their help and support.
