LEWTHWAITE, Ralph - The family of the late Ralph Lewthwaite would like to thank all relatives, friends, neighbours and former work colleagues for their beautiful cards, gorgeous flowers and kind messages of sympathy received during this sad time, your kind support was greatly appreciated. We would also like to say a special thank you to the District Nurses, doctors and staff of Mansion House Surgery, Whitehaven, including staff at West Cumberland and Carlisle Hospital, for the help and care you provided for Ralph. Thanks also to Mike Jolly and staff at Eaves Funeral Service for their professional help and guidance and Fr Cenydd for the comforting service at St Begh's and at the crematorium. Finally thanks for all the kind donations to The District Nurses and to everyone who attended the church, crematorium and the Chase Hotel to remember and celebrate Ralph's life.
