STEWART, William (Billy) - Kathleen and family of the late Billy Stewart would like to express their thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their cards, flowers, messages of support and donations to the RNLI during this very sad time. We would also like to express our deep gratitude to all the dedicated teams of carers, nurses, doctors and receptionists at Distington Surgery and West Cumberland Hospital. Particular thanks go also to Dr Heather Naylor of Distington Surgery who has been with Billy and his family throughout his illness and the dedicated care she and her team gave him, Mr Roger Moore and his cardiology team for all his support, the heart failure and district nurses and Dr Cox and her special team on K Ward. Special thanks to Rev. John Kelly for the beautiful and fitting service and also to the Hunday Manor for looking after us so well. Finally, we express our sincere thanks to Mr John and Margaret Yeowart of Yeowart, Gill and Rudd Funeral Directors for your thoughtfulness and guidance through this difficult time.
