MARTIN, John - Maureen, John and Julie would like to thank all family, friends and neighbours for all the cards, flowers and kind messages of sympathy. A special message of thanks to Kirkstone Ward, Dr Fidalgo, Revd John Woolcock for the lovely service and to Mike Jolly at Eaves Funeral Service. Thanks also to the Waverley Hotel for the funeral tea and the Flower Basket for the beautiful flowers. John will be sadly missed. Thank you all.
