THOMAS, Patricia - The family of Patricia Thomas would like to thank everyone for the lovely cards and flowers they received after her passing. They would also like to thank Father Cenydd for a lovely service and Eaves Funeral Directors for making a very difficult time more bearable with their professionalism and attention to detail. A special thanks to all the staff at Brackenthwaite Care Home for making her so happy and contented during her time there.
