SMITH, George - Barbara Ann and the family of the late George Smith would like to thank Dr Goldsmith and the nurses and staff of the RVI Newcastle, the Rev Richard Lee, Michael and Billy of Eaves Funeral Service, Margaret and all friends at Egremont Conservative Club. Also all relatives, friends and neighbours for their support and for flowers, cards and messages of sympathy received following their recent sad bereavement.
