MAKINSON, Mike - The family of the late Mike Makinson would like to thank family, neighbours and friends for their kindness and sympathy. In addition the support of his GP and his staff, Hospice at Home, the District and Macmillan nurses, occupational therapists and the staff at Fares the Chemist who were all involved in supporting his care at home. Thanks also to the Rev Chris Casey for his thoughtful service and to Mike Jolly and his staff for their sensitive and professional guidance and support.
