HOLLIDAY, Malcolm - Brenda, Jeanette, Mark and Graeme and all the family of the late Malcolm wish to thank relatives, friends, neighbours and former neighbours for the many cards, flowers and donations to Macmillan Cancer Support, received at this sad time. Our sincere thanks to Doctor Thom and his staff, The Henderson Suite and Mia, the paramedic, for all her help and assistance, to Malcolm's friends, a special thankyou, for their numerous visits, "they know who they are" also to Ursula Leonard and Catrina Lazonby.
