HARTLEY, John - The family would like to thank relatives, friends, neighbours and all who provided support and assistance during John's illness. We have been overwhelmed by your attendance, the cards, flowers and donations to the Alzheimer's Society following his death and have appreciated your kindness. Thank you to Ivan and the staff of Adams, Read & Hocking for their guidance and to Rev Richard Lee for the lovely service.
