CLEMENTS, Derek - Yvonne and family would like to extend their thanks to everyone for their support, flowers, cards and donations following their sad loss of Derek. To Mr Robson and his dedicated team at The Cumberland Infirmary, District Nurses, Dr Ariff, Hospice at Home and Macmillan Nurses.
