BIRKETT, June - Eddie, Angie, Leanne and the family of the late June would like to express their sincere thanks to the following for the outstanding care June received before her passing, Doctors Gallagher and Tranter, Consultant Surgeon Mr Wayman, the staff of the Henderson Suite, CCU and Ward 2 of West Cumberland Hospital for their compassion and care during her short stay in hospital, Leanne McLean of Palliative Care, Sharon McCourt, all the District Nurses and Nora Quayle the Hospice at Home Nurse for her sensitivity and support during June's final hours. We would also like to thank all our family, friends and colleagues for their cards, donations and comfort at this difficult time. Special thanks to Lisa of Jeans Flower Boutique. Thanks also to the Rev. Shaun Sandham for a memorable service and finally Mike Jolly of Eaves Funeral service for his guidance and professionalism.
