FITZSIMMONS, Patrick - The family of the late Pat sincerely express their gratitude to Father John Marc Agulefo for celebrating Requiem Mass in thanksgiving for Pat's life. We are also grateful to Mary for the readings during Holy Mass and also the eulogy. The innumerable Mass cards, sympathy cards, flowers and messages were all thankfully received, as was the collection after Mass in aid of the Brain Tumour Charity which totalled &pound530, this has been forwarded to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford where Pat was treated in his final days. Our thanks go out to the great number of friends old and new who attended the funeral and in particular the many people who had travelled from a distance to pay their respects. Thanks go to Jean and Lisa for the beautiful flower arrangements, also to the Grove Court Hotel for refreshments. To Mr. Paul Mill, Funeral Director we offer our thanks for his expertise in enabling everything to progress smoothly. Finally, to the fantastic, generous and supportive community of Cleator Moor who have been there for us all during these last four weeks, we, Pat's family, would like to say that we appreciate your kindness which will never be forgotten.
