BURNS, Ann - Stuart and Beryl would like to express their sincere thanks for all help given by friends, neighbours and Cumbria Police at Ann's funeral. The messages of sympathy and charitable donations received were greatly appreciated as was the excellent hospitality of The Melbreak Hotel. Grateful thanks must also be expressed to the staff of ICU and Ward 2 at the West Cumberland Hospital for their excellent care during Ann's long illness. Thanks also to Mike Jolly of Eaves Funeral Service and to Anne Avison for a lovely service.
