GIRVIN, Patric Michael (Mike) - The family of the late Mike would like to thank all friends and family for their kindness, support, sympathy cards and beautiful flowers. Special thanks to all nieces and nephews who travelled over from Ireland to be with us. Thanks to Dr Jones at West Cumberland Hospital, Dr Heasman at Westcroft House Surgery and District Nurses for all their help.
