STEPHENSON, Tony - Agnes, Lesley, Sharon and family of the late Tony would like to express their sincere thanks to the staff of Palliative Care at West Cumberland Hospital for the care of Tony. A special thanks to Michelle, her team of District Nurses and Sharon (Vascular Lab) also for the care of Tony. Thanks also to friends, neighbours and family for their kind words, cards and flowers at this sad time. Thank you to Fathers Richard and Cenydd for their help and support. Last but not least, 'Tony, thank you for being my husband, soulmate and best friend'.
