GATE, Mavis - Sally and John would like to thank family and friends for their kindness and for donations to Dementia UK in memory of Mavis. Special thanks to Joan, Don, Pat and Enid for their constant support and to Rev Jackson for the lovely service. We would also like to thank the staff of Bethel House who looked after Mavis so well and the Chase Hotel for their refreshments.
