COPELAND's motorists will have one road closure to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.
But drivers will be able to take some solace in the fact that it is only expected to cause slight delays, of less than 10 minutes.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows one closure will begin over the next two weeks.
A595, from 9.30am September 16 to 3pm September 20, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A595 westbound and eastbound, Bransty to Parton, Multi way traffic signals for drainage works.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
One other road closure was completed this week on the A595 between Moresby and Corkickle, due to traffic signals and LED light replacement.
This closure lasted from September 16 until September 17.
