CUMBRIA Police responded to reports of a car causing unnecessary obstruction.
The incident took place in Seascale on Wednesday, September 11.
In a post on social media, Cumbria Police wrote: "PC 3157 was made aware of a vehicle causing unnecessary obstruction on Gosforth Road, Seascale yesterday by a member of the public. It doesn't take Sherlock to identify that the pavement is completely blocked; this meant a pedestrian with a pram and small child had to walk into the live carriageway to continue on the pavement which is completely unacceptable.
"A traffic offence report ticket has been issued to the registered keeper of this vehicle; on a side note if they are reading this, a polite reminder that the MOT runs out on September 26, 2024."
