A body has been found in Workington this morning.
Officers confirmed the body of a man, believed to be in his forties, was found just before 11am in Workington.
A police spokesman said: "Police are preparing a file for the coroner following the discovery of the body of a man in the area of Adams Road, Workington.
"There are no suspicious circumstances at this time."
